Because leads are digital products delivered immediately, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

If a lead is invalid due to a delivery error on our side, submit a support ticket within 7 calendar days of delivery for review and possible replacement.

Standing Lead Order cancellations follow the cancellation policy shown at checkout: written notice at least 7 calendar days before the next billing date.
