Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 7, 2026

Level Up Leads ("Level Up Leads", "we", "us" or "our") operates levelupleads.com and the related lead-generation, training and technology services described on this website (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the rights and choices available to you. By using the Services you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to two distinct groups: (a) visitors, agents and businesses who browse this website, submit forms, chat with us or purchase our products ("Customers"); and (b) consumers whose contact details appear inside a lead record we deliver to a licensed agent ("Consumers").

For Customer data, Level Up Leads acts as the controller. For Consumer lead data, Level Up Leads acts as a service provider/processor on behalf of the marketing campaigns that generated the enquiry, and the purchasing agent becomes an independent controller once a lead is delivered.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Identity and contact data — name, business email address, phone number, mailing region, agency or upline affiliation.
  • Licensing and professional data — states in which you are licensed, carrier appointments, agent or writing number, AgentVerified status.
  • Order and transaction data — products purchased, quantities, geography selected, invoices, receipts, refund and lead-credit history. Card numbers are entered directly with our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers.
  • Support and communications data — support tickets, lead-credit requests, uploaded attachments, client-win submissions, email correspondence, and transcripts of live chat and AI assistant ("Lily") conversations.
  • Technical and usage data — IP address, browser and device type, referring URL, pages viewed, timestamps and other server log data.
  • Consumer lead data — for records inside our lead inventory: name, email, phone, state, product interest, beneficiary information and questionnaire responses supplied voluntarily by the consumer.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and the Services are not directed to children. We do not intentionally collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, biometric data or full medical records through this website. Please do not submit that information through our forms, chat or attachments.

3. How we collect information

  • Directly from you when you complete a form, purchase, support ticket, lead-credit request or chat session.
  • Automatically through cookies, local storage and server logs when you use the website.
  • From our proprietary marketing campaigns, which generate Consumer enquiries submitted with the consumer's express consent.
  • From service providers such as our payment processor, CRM, hosting and analytics vendors.

4. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, activate and deliver orders, memberships and program benefits.
  • Verify licensing and eligibility for agent-only pricing and programs.
  • Operate support, lead credits, live chat and the Lily AI assistant, including reviewing conversations for quality and training.
  • Process payments, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms and program limits.
  • Send transactional messages (receipts, delivery notices, service updates) and, where permitted, marketing messages you can opt out of at any time.
  • Improve our products, campaigns, site performance and security.
  • Comply with legal, tax, insurance-regulatory and record-keeping obligations.

Legal bases where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies: performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the business, your consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies), and compliance with legal obligations.

5. AI assistant and chat transcripts

Our website offers an AI support assistant. Before a session begins we ask for your name and email so we can follow up. Conversations — including messages you type — are stored in our systems and may be reviewed by our team to answer your question, improve accuracy and detect misuse. Messages are processed by a third-party AI model provider under contract. Do not enter sensitive personal, health, financial or client-identifying information into chat.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only:

  • To service providers who process data on our behalf under contract — payment processing, hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery, CRM, file storage, analytics and AI model providers.
  • To the licensed agent who purchases a lead, limited to the consumer's submitted enquiry details.
  • To carriers, uplines or partner organizations only where you have asked us to, or where required to administer a program you enrolled in.
  • To professional advisors, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or asset sale, subject to confidentiality.
  • To law enforcement, regulators or courts where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety or property.

7. Communications, calling and consent

Consumer leads are generated through our own campaigns where the consumer affirmatively requests information and consents to be contacted. Consent records are retained and available on request in connection with a legitimate compliance enquiry.

Agents who purchase leads are solely responsible for their own outreach and must comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, state telemarketing and do-not-call rules, CAN-SPAM, applicable state insurance advertising and replacement rules, and any carrier requirements. Level Up Leads does not make outbound sales calls on your behalf and does not provide legal advice on your calling practices.

You may unsubscribe from our marketing email at any time using the link in any message, or by emailing admin@levelupleads.com. Transactional messages about your orders will continue.

8. Cookies and analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to operate the site, remember session state and keep it secure, and limited analytics to understand aggregate usage. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies; blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the site. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.

9. Data security

  • Data is transmitted over TLS/HTTPS and stored with an established cloud database provider.
  • Access controls, row-level security policies and role-based permissions restrict who can view customer records.
  • Support attachments are stored in a private bucket and are only accessible through short-lived signed links issued to authorized staff.
  • Secrets and API keys are stored in an encrypted secret store, never in client-side code.
  • We review access periodically and log administrative activity.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any applicable regulator as required by law.

10. Data retention

We keep order, invoice and tax records for at least seven years as required for financial and insurance-related recordkeeping. Support tickets, lead-credit requests and chat transcripts are retained for up to three years. Marketing contact records are retained until you unsubscribe plus a suppression record kept indefinitely so we do not re-contact you. Consumer lead consent records are retained for at least five years. After the applicable period, data is deleted or de-identified.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict processing of your personal information, to opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising (we do not engage in these), to withdraw consent, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA; residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have comparable rights; residents of the EEA/UK have rights under the GDPR; Canadian residents have rights under PIPEDA.

To exercise a right, email admin@levelupleads.com with the subject "Privacy Request". We will verify your identity using information already in our records and respond within the period required by law (generally 45 days in the US, 30 days in the EEA/UK). You may use an authorized agent where the law permits. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and you may also contact your state attorney general or supervisory authority.

If you are a consumer whose enquiry was delivered to an agent, we will honor deletion and do-not-contact requests in our systems, and we will pass the request to the purchasing agent where we are able to identify them.

12. International transfers

Level Up Leads operates in the United States and our infrastructure providers process data in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the US, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the US. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.

13. Third-party links

The Services link to third-party sites and tools including scheduling, payment, video and community platforms. Their privacy practices are their own and are not covered by this policy.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page and, where required, communicated by email.
